Our shopping cart - easy no hassle checkout.
(if you have difficulty using the cart we have a printable order form, this will however take longer to process.)

We use a third party shopping cart which means that we have limited control over its operations.

Some tips when checking out.

  1. The cart will time out after 30 minutes so be sure to keep it active and perhaps copy and paste or print large orders periodically so you can remember what you are ordering incase your cart is lost. Using the back button while in the cart may result in lost information.
  2. You can adjust the item quantities in the cart or remove an item by selecting zero, click recalculate once you have adjusted the quantity of an item and confirm your shipping method, this allows the cart to adjust your quantity and make adjustments for shipping weight changes.
  3. If you are entering a BB voucher code please be sure to click the recalculate button, you will then see the adjustment in your orders total.
  4. Make sure to continue through the cart to our final page thanking you for placing your order. If you do not get to this page then your order will not go through.
  5. If you want to change the payment method after checkout drop us a line and we will adjust it for you.
  6. There is an “additional messages” box for you to add any comments and requests about your order.

Our invoicing and order system - precise and informative.

We have a very hands on, customer focused ordering system, meaning that we do not use any automatic systems to process your order.

  1. When you place an order make sure your email address and phone number are correct as this is how we will contact you.
  2. Please read the contents of our emails as these will address most concerns about an orders progress.
  3. You will know your order has been placed successfully when you receive an email notifying you of the goods you have ordered.
  4. We will make up your order ensuring that you will pay only for that which is in stock, and send out a pro-forma e invoice usually within one business day notifying you of the total due and payment options.
  5. For direct deposit and money order payments you will receive an email notices when your order is shipped. If you are paying directly via credit card we will process your order as is and send it out a shipped  notification showing the final order, allowing for reduced stock etc during our clearance.
  6. A full invoice is shipped with your goods.
  7. Occasionally emails do not get through, do not hesitate to ring if you would like to check on an orders progress.
