If for any reason you are not happy with an item please contact us immediately for a return authorisation code. We will not accept goods returned without a code, they will be shipped “return to sender”..

The following conditions apply to all returns.

• Goods must be in original unused condition and packaging.
• Returns must be activated within seven days from receipt.
• Returns must display an authorisation code to be accepted.

Crystal Flair return policy.

• Items found faulty on receipt will be replaced, exchanged or store credit.
  (Initiated within 7 days of receipt only).
• Full exchange or store credit for returned items shipped in error at our cost.
  (Initiated within 7 days of receipt only).
• Change of mind returns receive an exchange or store credit excluding all shipping costs and minus a 15% restocking fee. no exceptions
  (Initiated within 7 days of receipt only).

We recommend insuring all return mail to Crystal Flair to ensure delivery, we cannot be responsible for items lost in transit.
