	French wire is a finely coiled wire used to protect your stringing material from wear and tear. You simply cut a small length and thread it on the same time you thread through your catch Ideal for use with Super Lon and other stringing material when you don't have the advantage of multi strands.


	We are currently looking into the optimum size thread but can advise that a medium French wire will work well with #4 Super lon thread and a fine is better suited to #1 will keep you updated as we experiment.
