Hi Yvonne, I just wanted to say thankyou for all your help regarding the necklace I was about to string up. It was for Mrs. Underwood, the Governor of Tasmania's wife and you suggested the soft touch wire and gave me a enough for the necklace. I also tried the tornado crimps and wire protectors for the first time. Well, it just gave the necklace totally beautifully finished look! Thank you so much!
I have to confess that I messed it up on the first stinging but I am hooked on teh soft touch wire now! I managed to get some 49 strand Beadalon wire which was good but not as fluid and beautiful as the Soft Touch which I will be ordering soon. Just wanted to say thank you again and I have some pics if you would like to see. Mrs. Underwood emailed after she received the necklace saying " Dear Indigo, I have been on tour and returned to find my beautiful necklace. I LOVE it! Thank you so much, it will be good to have a Tasmanian product to show off."

WOW! I have just received the garnet chain necklace & bracelet kits, that I ordered only late last week!!! Excellent delivery. The kits are lovely and delicate, the photos in the latest inspiration beading mag don't do them justice. My goodness,what a buzz! I was so delighted, so very thrilled to receive your email telling me that I had won the $100 Beading Gift Voucher. I can tell you that this came at the BEST time ever as I have a couple of commissions I need to fill. I received my wonderful goodies a few days ago ----- your service is fabulous, you have always gone the extra mile with your customers. I've fallen in love with the gold filled cones. They give a wonderful finish to crochetted wire work and I love to get the micro crimp tubes --- not only are they great used in the traditional way in stringing with softflex but I love to use them as extra,tiny filler beads.
I ordered a 4mm strand of freshwater, rice pearls and they are just so beautiful --- great quality. Another Item I just have to comment about is the semi precious strand of facetted red agate beads from the previous order. They are absolutely gorgeous with deep rich even colouring and a beautiful regular cut.

You have such wonderful products in your store, some of which I haven't been able to find elsewhere. My order arrived faster than I expected, much faster than some other companies send their orders. My only problem was that paying by direct debit was fiddly with having to wait for an invoice to be emailed before paying. I used your rosary bead project guide to make a set of beads for my mother-in-law. She has taken a position in a lay ministry and I thought they would be a nice token to mark the event. I am writing to thank you for the freebie (0.5mm leather) that came with the order and also in the previous orders - it was a very nice gesture. Surprisingly, this was the size that I was looking for! I could not be sure until now :). Shucks! I should have ordered them earlier to enjoy the bulk discount as I liked the array of available colours.
But the long and short of it, appreciate the gifts and also the speed of service. I guess 3-4 orders in a 2-month span speak for themselves in consumer confidence and satisfaction :)

I just wanted to let you know how excited I was to discover that you are stocking the Via Murano VeeOVogue Rings. I'd seen them on international sites, but they were always too expensive to order.
They looked great in pictures and are even better in the flesh. They're gorgeous. I ended up keeping the earrings I made with them and I've never received so many compliments on a piece before. :)

I had been hanging out to get the 1/oz spools of GW & s/silver wires as I have a lot of projects on the go incorporating wire working and wire crochetting techniques recently. I love the white pearls too, they would actually look nice with a few of the garnet beads thrown in and vermeil or goldfilled findings.....mmmmmmm. I havent bought gemstone chips for ages because I have been going through a czech glass phase and I am so glad that I bought some more chips. They are fantastic. I am going to have so much fun with them! I cant believe how big the garnet chips are - Ive never seen them that size before! The peridot are bigger that Ive seen too - usually they are teeny!
Anyway - Im not going to go through every item and bore you with how much I love it! BUT - a special mention must go to the sterling parsley pendant. Wow Yvonne - thanks so much, these are just amazing. You are very very generous and I am very spoilt! I think the pendant will sit it on my keyboard until I decide what colour(s) I am going to put with it!

the gold paua watch face arrived this afternoon and it is totally stunning!!!. I have been contemplating purchasing a watch face for few months now and have looked at many different ones online, but just wasn't happy. As soon as I saw this I knew I had to have it! I received my order yesterday with much excitement! Was trying to hold back opening the parcel till I got back home........... when I did that (opened the parcel) I was so excited to see the stuff I purchased, that I started making some projects right after dinner!
