All payments are to be made in Australian dollars and are due within three business days.

  Place your details on the secure checkout page and we will deduct the final amount from your credit card, shipping your invoice with goods.
  We will confirm customer details prior to shipping this may include a phone confirmation call and we prefer a land line. International clients must use details that can be verified, mobile phone numbers will NOT do.
• Phone through credit card
  We will call you for your credit card details when your order is ready or feel free to phone your card details to 0894195595 Mon, Tue and Thur between 9am and 11am WA time.
• Direct deposit via an ANZ branch or your secure online banking “pay anyone” feature.
  Our bank details are included in your confirmed email invoice.
• Money order
  Our address and payee details are included in your confirmed email invoice.

Invoices are confirmed within one to three business days of an order being placed, we will notofy you if there is an unexpected delay. Manual payments are then required within three business days, credit card payments are processed via an EFTPOS machine.

Customers are kept up to date via email as orders are processed.

• Notification when an order has been placed successfully.
• Orders confirmed and if applicable, alterations notified, via pro-form e invoice including our details so payment can be made.
• Notification the day goods are shipped and relevant tracking numbers quoted.

PLEASE NOTE DUE TO CREDIT CARD FRAUD WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE CREDIT CARD PAYMENT WITHOUT EXPLANATION. WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REQUIRE FURTHER PROOF OF IDENTITY PRIOR TO PROCESSING A CREDIT CARD ORDER SUCH AS FAX OF CARD AND SIGNATURE FROM NON ESTABLISHED CUSTOMERS.

Upon delivery inspect items, shipping damage must be reported immediately to Australia Post.

Take note of item images and all descriptions and ensure an item meets your needs prior to purchasing, if you have any concerns please ask.

The following conditions apply to all returns.

• Goods must be in original condition.
• Returns must be activated within a timely manner from accepted delivery of goods.
• Returns must display an authorisation code upon return.

• Items found faulty on receipt not caused during shipping will be replaced or exchanged, a store credit or refund will be offered if replacement unavailable.
• Full exchange for returned items shipped in error, a store credit or refund if stock unavailable.
• Change of mind returns receive an exchange or store credit excluding all shipping costs and incur a 20% restocking fee. no exceptions.

For your peace of mind we register all packages and ship in padded bags via Australia Post.

Regular Registered mail: parcel post starts at $8.90 and is carted throughout Australia via truck, it is calculated via weight and all packages are registered.
If your package is non bulky and requires no additional insurance we may be able to ship within Australia as a large letter and will reduce the shipping cost prior to payment.

Delivery time varies from 1 business day in Perth to 7 - 10 for country QLD. You will need to sign upon delivery, if you are not home Australia Post will leave a card and you can collect your package from your local post office.

Platinum express airmail is insured and carted between states via air, if you are not home a card will be left and you can collect your package at your local post office. Delivery averages 1 to 2 business days.

Apart from New Zealand, all international orders have a minimum order amount of AU$100.00 of goods after discounts and are shipped registered/insured airmail. Occasionally we find countries that we cannot ship this way to,  we will contact you after checkout if this is the case.

Yvonne founded Jewellery Beads Australia in 2003 as a home based business in the North West Pilbara region, we are now located in Perth. Originally known as Crystal Flair, the name changed in 2011 to Jewellery Beads Australia.

As an owner operated business we offer a personalised friendly service. Jewellery Beads Australia operates as an online business, so there are minimal overheads, meaning we can sell for a fraction of the cost of Bead shops. We also keep costs down by producing an online catalogue only.

We recently refined our selection of beading supplies to a core range of metal beads and findings that Yvonne uses within her own jewellery studio work.

There are no minimum orders and there is no need to sign up and remember a password. Just pop in anytime and place any size order when the need arises.
